In consideration of my acceptance of this form and USCAA membership
application, I hereby, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, waive, release and hold harmless the USCAA,
USCAA and event officials and organizers, Pleasanton Unified School
District, the City of San Ramon, their directors, managers, officers,
employees, representatives and agents from any and all claims for
damages and or injuries arising from or out of my participation in and
travel to and from the 2003 USCAA National Corporate Cup Relays. |
