Folks, Some important reminders: 1) Your last chance to pick up hotel rooms before our block is released is July 2nd. There are still 13 rooms Thurs, and 11 rooms Fri/Sat/Sun nights. Call Nick at 408-986-6637 to reserve. If you're on the fence, just reserve a room - you can cancel with no penalty up until day of check-in. 2) Be sure to complete your road race and field event rosters by JULY 5, and send your entry information to: Jack Moran at jack@raceberryjam.com . 3) If you know of any unattached runners who are hankering to run this year, but who don't have a team, please get them in touch with me - I will find a team for them to run/throw/jump with, thanks to our new trial rule of allowing a limited number of unattached runners to join up with teams entered at Nationals. 4) Volunteers - needed as much as ever, you should have received another mailing from Linnea Olson today. Please take a hard look and fill in as many spots as you can. 5) Canopies - Danny Moon will be sending out an updated order sheet later this week confirming orders received. If you haven't gotten in touch with him yet, please do - you'll want some shade out there. 6) Custom t-shirts - if your team wants customized meet t-shirts this year, please use the form circulated last week to order. Orders are due next week, so get on it - a nice way to combine your corporate identity or team theme with this year's logo. 7) Team captain meeting. Don't forget to reserve an hour after Saturday's events to meet at the track. This is when we will review what worked, what didn't, where rules need to be better followed, etc. It's mandatory, but we like to think it's a nice way for fellow team captains to commiserate....
