Folks, A few things for your attention: 1) For the first time ever, our t-shirt vendor is offering customized shirts for sale in advance. These shirts will have the official four-color 2003 meet logo on one side, your one or two-color corporate logo on the other. ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 7!! Instructions and order form are attached; all orders must be funneled through the team captain (or official designee) and minimum order is 12. Prices for these custom shirt are terrific, and it's a great way to commemorate this year's meet for your team. 2) Directions. How to get to the host hotel, the track, the road races, and the party. Attached for your sanity. 3) Don't forget to complete the road race and field event rosters and return to Jack at appleraceberryjam.com. Important!! 4) Enough folks expressed interest that it looks like we'll run a shuttle from the host hotel to the track. Schedule remains to be worked out, but looking at three morning runs (9, 9:30, and 10am) and at least 2-3 afternoon runs starting around 2:30 or 3pm (pending final event schedule). I'll keep you posted on the particulars when this firms up. 5) Speaking of event schedule, this should be finalized within the next day or so and will be posted on the uscaa website (www.uscaa.org).
