What:	Informal Track Practices & Workouts so we can all get in shape and not pull hamstrings at the meet!
Where:	George Mason HIGH SCHOOL in Falls Church, not the University in Fairfax. (7124 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) on Route 7, just inside the beltway, past 66. If you are coming from either direction on the beltway, take Exit 47, Route 7 toward Falls Church, follow Route 7 past 66 and the school will be on your left. Here's a link to a map & directions.
When:	VOLUNTARY practices every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM
